Mr. Clean roller sponge mop is complete junk.

1) the sponge mop head falls off repeatedly with each use, requiring consumer to handle wet, dirty head to try to reattach it. 2) the rollers that squeegee the water are cheap plastic and break within 2 months with any regular use. I have a 3 room house and only mop a couple times a week and the piece of junk mop I just bought broke after about 8 uses.

This simply cannot be "new news" to the company. Pathetic.

When calling, I would have at least expected some Mr. Clean other products coupons for compensation.

After purchasing a Mister Clean mop head, there were baby what looked like earwigs crawling out of it. This is the second time it has happened.

The mop was a waste; it never wrings out completely, it's very hard to do, the material doesn't dry properly, there's a lot of water left on the floor, it was a huge waste of money, I felt cheated.

Worked for over an hour or more trying to get it to snap in with no success! Spoke with customer service for advice and am still unable to get it to screw in.

The pole part that is to go into the base is too big to go in.

Was looking forward to getting to use this, but then it was a big letdown. Thank you for taking care of this situation.

A big waste of 25.00 ever! Handle wont stay locked...wont spin...if I didnt use this junky thing I would return it.

I bought the Mr clean mops that u twist to wring out . Used it once and the handle twisted and broke at the end

This is the absolute worst spin mop ever. The head will not swivel.

The pole is the weakest I have ever seen. When you spin it the buckets come apart.

The mop gets stuck in the spinner and wont come out. We mopped a 5 ft by 5 ft section and the water was already gone.

because my dog had a really bad accident of the carpet all through house. i have a really really really bad back and i cant bend down to clean the *** off the carpet.

I just purchased Mr clean spin mop system for 1st time. I have owed several different brands of spin mop systems in the past and I choose Mr clean this time because I loved the duo bucket and I'm usually happy with Mr clean products.

I'm not happy with this mop system at all. The mop is so flimsy and it won't last very long in my home. I'm so disappointed with Mr clean.

I'm even more disappointed that I can't return it to the store because I don't have my receipt. This mop definitely wasn't cheap either which I don't mind spending more on good products but this mop didn't make the cut.

I used the mr clean replacement mop head with magic eraser and it fell apart on the first use. Would not recommend this item!

Purchased a sponge mop. The handle is made out of very thin metal which bent the very first time I cleaned with it.

Now, after about six months of infrequent use, the handle is cracked and about to break in half.

Ridiculous to sell such a product - what a waste of money. Our throw away society needs to change.

I brought the mr.clean mop with green brush I brought one about 1mo.ago and it fell apart. Well then on August 10,2023 I went to back to Big lots in Fremont Ohio and brought the replacement.ok so I used once 2weeks ago well today August 29,2023 I went to mop my floors well guess what it rip or fell apart. So I spend for the first mop about 14.00 dollars and the replacement was about $7.00 and yes very disappointed
